Enroll a Student

New Students, TK-Grade 12

To be eligible for TK in 2025-2026, students must turn 4 between September 2, 2024 and September 1, 2025.
To be eligible for enrollment for kindergarten, students must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2025.
 
Before you begin, be sure you understand the overall registration process. Refer to the Registration and School Choice Overview for additional information.
 
  1. Create an account using the buttons below.
  2. Once prompted, add a student to your account. If you have multiple students to enroll, you may add them after you complete and submit an Intent to Enroll application for the first student.
  3. Next, you will be directed to complete the Intent to Enroll application.

Having trouble registering?

If you are having trouble registering your student(s) online, email us at [email protected] and a member of our team will contact you. Additionally, parents have the option of printing the application and submitting it to the main office of the school.

Returning Students

If you already have a Powerschool enrollment account with King-Chavez, you can register your returning student, plus any siblings. 
 
  1. Look for the Snap Code that was sent to your email. If you did not receive this code, please reach out to your school site’s front office.
  2. Log in to your PowerSchool parent account using the links(buttons) below. Enter your Snap Code to access the Returning Student Application.
  3. Complete the application to secure your child’s seat for the 2025-2026 year! Make sure your contact information and address is correct.
