About King-Chavez Preparatory Academy
King-Chavez Preparatory Academy is one of seven in the King-Chavez Neigborhood of Schools. The Preparatory Academy was built out of a need to provide quality education for students in 6th-8th. King-Chavez Preparatory Academy's mission is founded on love and respect. Our goal is for students to not only be academic achievers, but also socially conscious and caring individuals. King-Chavez Preparatory primarily serves students within Historic Barrio District, but welcomes all students. As a community school we seek excellence in academics, arts, and athletics.
